The Consulting Engineers of Manitoba (CEM) recognize the benefits mentoring provides to both aspiring individuals and engineering companies within Manitoba.
As someone looking to find out more about working in an engineering company, mentoring provides a resource to ask questions and discover what it may be like to work in such a field from someone with first hand experience.
As a mentor, you can directly contribute to the future of the engineering community by sharing both the challenges and rewards of your work. Being a mentor provides an opportunity to give back through a form of communicty service within the CEM.
The CEM Mentorship program is designed to team up engineering and technology students with mentors working within the consulting engineering community of Manitoba.
