To provide value to member firms of all sizes, service orientations and sectors through effective advocacy and association programs relevant to their needs.

To help consulting engineering firms in Manitoba attract, develop and retain qualified and diverse talent.

1. Advocating for members

ACEC-MB influences provincial and municipal governments and crown corporations in Manitoba and collaborates with Manitoba stakeholders to create a public policy and business climate that creates opportunity and prosperity for consulting engineering companies, their business partners and clients across all sectors.

ACEC-MB promotes the use and mandating of business practices, including qualifications-based procurement and contracts, that offer consulting engineering firms and their business partners a fair and appropriate sharing of risk and reward.

2. Profile building

ACEC-MB increases the stature and influence of the association and its member firms amongst provincial influencers and decision-makers by showcasing the impact of consulting engineers’ contributions to Manitoba’s social, economic and environmental quality of life.

ACEC-MB increases the stature and influence of the association, its member firms, business partners and clients by leading provincial discourse on topics of common interest.

3. Providing value to members

ACEC-MB collaborates with ACEC Canada to deliver value to member firms through programs and services that support their business needs and those of their employees.

4. Increasing diversity

ACEC-MB encourages itself to concrete action toward diversity and inclusion of gender, backgrounds, perspectives and expertise within the leadership of ACEC-MB and promotes the need for, and the benefits of, diversity and inclusion in decision-making throughout the consulting engineering sector.

We are the voice of Consulting Engineering companies in Manitoba, representing over 1600 members.
